Perfect Cream Cheese Frosting
Sweet and creamy with just a hint of a tang from the cream cheese... this frosting really is perfect!

- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cube butter softened (1/4 lb.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 lb. box
Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
Add butter, and beat until thoroughly incorporated.
Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
With mixer on low, gradually add entire box of powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
