Perfect Cream Cheese Frosting
Sweet and creamy with just a hint of a tang from the cream cheese... this frosting really is perfect!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cube butter softened (1/4 lb.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 lb. box
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add butter, and beat until thoroughly incorporated.
- Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
- With mixer on low, gradually add entire box of powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
