Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cube butter softened (1/4 lb.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 lb. box

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add butter, and beat until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
  • With mixer on low, gradually add entire box of powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
