Hey there! I’m Beverly Rodriguez, affectionately (I hope) known as Aunt B, and I’m the former owner, chief cook, and bottlewasher of Aunt B’s Cafe (now, sadly, closed due to the pandemic). I am fortunate enough to live in Southern Oregon, the most beautiful place on earth, with my handsome husband of 20+ years, our two teenage daughters, and two very spoiled cats.

I’ve started this blog to archive and make available my personal and restaurant recipes to all my family, friends, and former customers. It is my great wish that you all enjoy them in good health, while we all look forward to better days to come.
